American Fork High School Marching Band Band Camp - Food Assignments - 2013
Please note: All NON-Perishables will need to be brought to the high school on or before Thursday, August 8th between 4:30 - 5pm. Any non-perishables that are brought on the Monday of band camp will be taken by those students on the bus down to Delta. There will be no cargo room for carrying non-perishables on Monday!!! Also I have tried to keep everyone’s food assignment under $10. I have listed prices available at Costco for some of the items.
Section Leaders: Please contact each member of your section and give them their assignment and instructions for drop off. Please be very specific in your instructions and amounts. We have assigned out the bare minimum of what is needed. So..... If your section doesn’t bring one or two boxes of something (or forgets one watermelon or a pound of grapes) then there will not be enough to feed the band. These assignments are crucial!!!
The number before the section name (in parenthesis) indicates the number of people in each section bringing the following assignment.
